Best Practice is John’s brainchild that derived itself as a response to the demand within the Accounting Profession. John observed a gap in the industry, noting the average Sole Practitioner was aged over 50 years and often did not have a succession plan in place.

 

Alarmingly, the Accounting profession at large also do not have succession plans, nor do their clientele. John’s response was the formation of Providence BSM & the Best Practice Program. Since the success of Providence Elite & BSM, John has been invited to speak in a number of conferences and industry networking events; his most recent being a series of workshops for Best Practice on Change Management.

The Best Practice Program is a unique, high engagement program founded on worlds’ best practice adult learning methodologies – which until now had only been available to Fortune 500 companies. We have spent years perfecting our program’s content and implementation support. What this means is that our Group Program is both applicable, and affordable, right across the scale – from sole practitioners just starting out with turnover as little as $175K, right up to multi partner firms with $5-10M looking for growth & /or a succession plan. FOUNDATION

Getting your foundation right is an essential step in transitioning from being self employed to becoming a business owner. Having a business that works for you just doesn’t happen. In fact, graduating from the business foundation stage is the most arduous journey of the entire five stages to business mastery.

Our motto for this is that “80% of what I do can be done by someone else 100% of the time.” Productising and systemising your business must be done through your creation of a world-class team so that the entire system grows up together, allowing you to graduate from the foundation step, onto step two, the Elevation phase.

ELEVATION

Typically the single biggest factor that stops Foundation program graduates from mastering their business is their failure to integrate the journey along with their team.

Our Elevation Program is designed to bridge that gap, creating as much as 5-10X the implementation impact in your third year as your first, because implementation fails the majority of times when the principal or business owner assumes that acquiring the knowledge on a theory basis will be enough.

INNER CIRCLE

The Best Practice Inner Circle Club is Australia’s leading business development program for mature business owners and team leaders. Participation is by invitation only with Australia’s most elite mindset coming together every month (online) plus an onsite retreat once a quarter (Covid permitting) for a twoday residential retreat. Participants arrive the evening before and enjoy two full days and nights in this high accountability immersion towards business
mastery.

Business development activities include a highly customised implementation support program to create leverage and sustainability of a business model capable to rely less and less on the owners themselves.
